Establish trusting and respectful coaching relationships that encourage educators to explore new instructional strategies. I chose this artifact because it demonstrates my ability to collect and organize a plethora of instructional technology tools and resources. This video describes my collection of STEAM based digital tools that I have acquired throughout this program. I briefly explain the way I use these digital tools in my own classroom so other teachers can start integrating them into their curriculum. My Symbaloo stores all my professional development documents, tutorials, websites, and research pertaining to the  integration of a STEAM curriculum.

ISTE C 4.3.b
​Partner with educators to identify digital learning content that is culturally relevant, developmentally appropriate and aligned to content standards. I chose this artifact because it shows my ability to coach teachers in the implementation of standard based instructional technology in order to enhance learning. My Classroom Technology Integration Plan’s goal is to increase student engagement, participation, reflection and assessment with a Bitmoji classroom. A Bitmoji classroom is a fun twist to the google slides used when teaching. This plan was inspired by a 3rd grade teacher looking to enhance their ELA program. The plan is designed to coach teachers in the creation and implementation of a Bitmoji classroom. Content knowledge is aligned with ISTE Coaching standards and New York State Next Generation ELA standards.

ISTE C 4.3.d
Personalize support for educators by planning and modeling the effective use of technology to improve student learning. I chose this artifact because it demonstrated my ability to use research-based best practices when designing instructional technology integration. This design document describes my planning and implementation of an interactive eLearning program to enhance students' understanding of color theory for my 3rd grade students. A coaching video instructs teachers on how to navigate the program while providing research-based best practices for implementation. This paper provides teachers with a technology- enhanced learning experience students will not forget.
